The 800 kVA Amorphous Core Distribution Transformer is an EcoDesign-certified solution engineered to minimize energy losses while delivering robust service in modern distribution networks. Built to IEC 60076 standards, this unit features a high-permeability amorphous steel core and aluminium windings, achieving no-load losses as low as 345 W—up to 40 % below conventional designs. Its ONAN cooling and Class A insulation allow continuous operation at 60 °C oil rise and 65 °C winding rise, making it ideal for temperate and tropical climates. A five-step off-circuit tap switch (±7½ %/–5 %) provides flexible voltage regulation, while Dyn11 vector grouping ensures compatibility with grounded secondary systems.
