Product Accessories

Core
Materials: Utilizes high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, manufactured through full-mitered seam stacking or three-dimensional wound core technology to significantly reduce hysteresis losses and no-load current, thereby minimizing operational noise.
Processing: The core undergoes vacuum nitrogen annealing to eliminate internal stresses, enhancing electromagnetic performance.

Windings
Construction: Both high-voltage and low-voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper conductors or copper foil. The low-voltage windings feature a double-layer cylindrical or helical structure, while the high-voltage windings are multi-layer cylindrical, improving short-circuit resistance and electrical efficiency.
Integration: Windings are directly wound onto the core, resulting in a compact structure with high mechanical strength.

Oil Tank
Design: Features a fully sealed corrugated oil tank with a welded steel plate structure. The corrugated fins serve dual purposes of heat dissipation and oil volume compensation, eliminating the need for an oil conservator and reducing maintenance requirements.
Protection: The oil tank's surface is treated with rust removal, phosphating, and coated with triple-proof paint (rain, moisture, and salt fog resistant) to withstand humid or corrosive environments.

Cooling System
Method: Employs natural oil cooling (ONAN), relying on the thermal expansion and contraction of the corrugated fins to facilitate oil circulation without additional cooling equipment, making it suitable for outdoor installations.
