Winding System
High-voltage Winding: Wound with insulated copper wire using patented technology to improve lightning resistance, suitable for voltage levels up to 20kV (customizable to 11kV as per user requirements).​
Low-voltage Winding: Constructed with high-quality copper foil, rated Class A insulation, offering high mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance.​

Enclosure and Sealing Structure
Sealed Design: Features a fully sealed enclosure welded by ABB robots with laser inspection, achieving a leak point pass rate of 99.99998%. The surface undergoes electrostatic spraying, providing over 100 hours of corrosion resistance and a service life exceeding 30 years.​
Safety Features: Equipped with explosion-proof devices (such as pressure relief valves) and oil level indicators to ensure safe operation.​

Cooling and Insulation System
Transformer Oil: Utilizes 25# or 40# transformer oil, serving both insulation and cooling purposes.
