Core System
Materials: Utilizes 45° full-mitered joint cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets from reputable manufacturers such as Baosteel and Wuhan Steel. The step-lap stacking process reduces magnetic flux distortion and no-load losses, while enhancing vibration resistance.
Construction: The core is securely tied and fastened to minimize operational noise, achieving a typical sound level of ≤55dB.

Winding System
High-voltage Windings: Designed with a multi-layer cylindrical structure using oxygen-free copper wire, these windings enhance mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance, suitable for 10kV input voltages.
Low-voltage Windings: For capacities of 500kVA and below, windings are typically constructed with a double-layer cylindrical or copper foil design. Class A insulation (105°C temperature rating) optimizes heat dissipation and efficiency.

Oil Tank and Sealing Structure
Fully Sealed Corrugated Oil Tank: Eliminates the traditional conservator by utilizing the elasticity of corrugated fins to compensate for oil volume changes. This design isolates air and moisture, extending the insulation's service life.
Surface Treatment: The oil tank undergoes phosphating treatment and is coated with triple-proof paint (rain, moisture, and salt fog resistant) to withstand harsh environmental conditions.
