Product Accessories

Core
Utilizes high-permeability, cold-rolled silicon steel laminations fabricated through a full oblique seam stacking or three-dimensional winding method. This process notably curbs hysteresis losses and minimizes no-load currents, leading to a quieter operation. Additionally, the core undergoes a vacuum nitrogen annealing process to relieve internal stresses and boost electromagnetic efficiency.

Windings
Both high- and low-voltage windings are constructed with oxygen-free copper conductors or copper foil. The low-voltage windings adopt a dual-layer cylindrical or helical configuration, whereas the high-voltage windings feature a multi-layer cylindrical design. This optimized arrangement enhances short-circuit resistance and conduction efficiency. The direct winding onto the core results in a compact, robust structure with superior mechanical integrity.

Oil Tank
Features a fully sealed, corrugated oil tank crafted from welded steel plates. The corrugated fins not only serve as efficient heat dissipation elements but also compensate for oil volume variations, eliminating the need for a conservator and reducing maintenance demands. The tank’s surface is meticulously treated—rust removal, phosphating, and coated with a triple-protection finish (resistant to rain, moisture, and salt spray)—ensuring reliable performance in humid or corrosive environments.

Cooling System
Employs a natural oil cooling (ONAN) approach that leverages the thermal expansion and contraction of the corrugated fins to circulate the oil. This design obviates the requirement for supplementary cooling devices, making it ideally suited for outdoor installations.
