Its low-voltage windings typically feature a cylindrical structure crafted from copper foil, while the high-voltage windings employ a multi-layer cylindrical configuration. This design ensures uniform ampere-turn distribution, minimizes magnetic leakage, and enhances mechanical strength, resulting in robust short-circuit resistance. The core and windings are securely fastened with self-locking nuts, and the suspended core structure effectively withstands transportation stresses. Employing vacuum drying for the coil and core, along with vacuum filtering and oil injection processes for the transformer oil, minimizes internal moisture. The corrugated oil tank adapts to oil volume changes due to temperature variations, eliminating the need for an oil conservator and effectively isolating the transformer oil from external contaminants. Core (Magnetic Circuit System)
Material: High-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheet (e.g., 30ZH120), step-lap lamination process with staggered joints, achieving ultra-low no-load loss (S13 series reduces losses by approximately 30% compared to S11).
Features: Low hysteresis loss, noise-free design, suitable for frequent start-stop applications.

Windings (Electrical Circuit System)
High-Voltage Winding: The 20kV side adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure, using copper (or aluminum) conductors wrapped with DMD insulation paper, enhancing short-circuit resistance.
Low-Voltage Winding: The 0.4kV side features copper foil winding, minimizing eddy current loss and improving heat dissipation efficiency.
Insulation Process: Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) with H-class insulation material, withstanding temperatures up to 180℃.

Cooling and Insulation System
Insulating Oil: Naphthenic mineral oil (or synthetic ester oil), with a breakdown voltage of ≥40kV at 20℃.
Radiator: Corrugated oil tank or panel radiator, utilizing natural oil circulation (ONAN) without reliance on fans.

Oil Tank and Sealing
Structure: Fully sealed corrugated steel oil tank, automatically compensating for oil volume changes, maintenance-free.
Protection Level: IP55, anti-corrosion coating, suitable for outdoor humid and dusty environments.

Protection Devices
Gas Relay: Monitors internal fault gases, triggering alarms or tripping protection.
Pressure Relief Valve: Provides overpressure protection, activation pressure ≤70kPa.
Temperature Controller: Bimetallic oil thermometer with PT100 remote transmission interface.

Tap Changer
Off-Load Tap Changer: ±5% tapping range on the high-voltage side (3 or 5 positions), manually adjustable for grid voltage fluctuations.
