Product Accessories

Core
Manufactured using high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets (e.g., Baosteel Q-series), with fully mitered stacking or wound core construction to minimize hysteresis loss, reduce no-load current, and lower noise levels.
A vacuum nitrogen annealing process is applied to eliminate residual stress and enhance electromagnetic performance.

Windings
Both high-voltage and low-voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper conductors. The low-voltage winding features a double-layer cylindrical or helical structure, while the high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical design, improving short-circuit resistance and conductivity.
The windings are directly wound onto the core, ensuring a compact structure with high mechanical strength.

Oil Tank
Fully sealed corrugated tank structure, welded from high-quality steel plates. The corrugated cooling fins serve a dual purpose—enhancing heat dissipation while compensating for oil volume changes, eliminating the need for an external oil conservator and reducing overall transformer height.
Some models feature a bell-type tank for increased mechanical strength.

Cooling System
Utilizes natural oil cooling (ONAN), where the corrugated fins expand and contract with temperature fluctuations, optimizing heat dissipation efficiency.
