Product Accessories

Core (Magnetic Circuit System)
Material: Made of high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets (e.g., 30ZH120 or higher grade), precisely stacked with staggered joints to reduce magnetic resistance and eddy current losses.
Features: Low no-load losses (S13 model reduces losses by approximately 30% compared to older models) and a noise-free laminated design.

Winding (Electrical Circuit System)
High-Voltage Winding: The 35kV side typically adopts a multi-layer cylindrical or continuous structure, using copper (or aluminum) conductors wrapped with insulating paper to enhance short-circuit withstand capability.
Low-Voltage Winding: The 0.4kV side often employs a foil winding structure to minimize eddy current losses and improve efficiency.
Insulation: Nomex paper or DMD insulation material combined with a vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) process to enhance the thermal rating (H-class or F-class).

Insulation & Cooling System
Insulating Oil: Uses naphthenic mineral oil or environmentally friendly synthetic ester oil, providing high dielectric strength and oxidation resistance.
Cooling Structure: Equipped with fin-type radiators or a corrugated oil tank, utilizing natural convection cooling (ONAN), eliminating the need for additional fans and reducing maintenance requirements.

Tank & Sealing System
Tank: Fully sealed corrugated steel tank that accommodates thermal expansion and contraction of the oil, ensuring a maintenance-free design.
Protection Rating: IP55 or higher, offering dustproof and waterproof capabilities, suitable for harsh outdoor environments.

Protection Devices
Gas Relay (Buchholz Relay): Monitors internal faults by detecting gas accumulation, triggering alarms or tripping mechanisms.
Pressure Relief Valve: Automatically releases excessive pressure to prevent oil tank rupture.
Sudden Pressure Relay: Quickly responds to internal arc faults by disconnecting the power supply.

Tap Changer
Off-Load Tap Changer (OLTC or NLTC): Provides ±5% or ±2×2.5% voltage adjustment, typically located on the high-voltage side, manually operated to accommodate grid fluctuations.

Bushings & Terminals
High-Voltage Bushings: Porcelain or composite insulated bushings (e.g., silicone rubber) rated for 35kV, with creepage distance meeting IEC standards.
